The New Property
The plot (edged in red on the attached site plan) has detailed consent for a detached two storey three bedroom house offering generous accommodation set over two floors of about 1570 sq ft (146 sq m). Planning allows for construction of brick elevations under a pitch tiled roof with accommodation comprising entrance hall, cloakroom, study, kitchen/dining room, utility room and living room with doors opening onto the rear garden. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, an en-suite to bedroom 1 and a family bathroom. The property will further benefit from allocated parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden.
Planning
Detailed planning consent was granted for the erection of ‘detached dwelling and associated works’ by South Cambridgeshire District Council Ref S/4466/19/FL on 30th April 2021. The site is located off Doctors Close and accessed across a private driveway, hatched purple on the attached plan. Along with the plans and elevation within this brochure, further planning documents are available from the South Cambridgeshire District Council website or on request from our offices.
