Outline planning consent (Ref: S/3315/19/OL) has been granted by South Cambridgeshire District Council on the 20th December 2019, for the erection of a detached dwelling. The plans that were submitted were for a two storey four bedroom home of around 1650 sq ft on the site, with garden and parking. However, the consent highlights that the dwelling must not exceed 4.5m in height. Please also see another potential plan for a three bedroom detached single storey home of around 1278 sq ft. The site (edged in red) on the attached plan is located to the rear of No. 56 Girton Road, Girton, in an established and popular residential road, within this well-regarded village. No. 56 Girton Road (edged blue) is also available by separate negotiation.
