    Conditions of Sale

    1.The buyer will undertake to develop the scheme in accordance with the approved planning consent and conditions.
    2. The seller is retaining the following rights a) right of way across the site as shown on the site plan( see hatched orange on plan) , b) right of way to the double garage to the rear of 1 & 2 Goldings Cottages (outside the site boundary - see plan) and c) right of way and retained rights to park in the two spaces opposite the garage (see hatched purple on plan). The access roadway and parking bays to be constructed by the buyer. Access to the garage and parking to remain clear during the constriction process.
    3.The buyer will undertake to form a management company which the future buyers of the houses and the seller will become party to.
