They can provide you with details on current properties on the market and arrange viewings for those properties you wish to see. If there are no properties that suit you right now, we’ll keep you updated regularly and let you know as soon as one becomes available.

The whole process

We ensure you are taken care of every step of the way. Once you find the right place, we guide you through the sign-up process, including referencing and deposits, getting you to move-in day as quickly as possible.

Once in your new home, we can help with any important issues if there is something that requires attention, giving you peace of mind.
Properties to let

Tenant fees

The following tenant fees and deposits are payable before moving in:

Holding fee
The holding fee required is 1 week's rent (transfers to deposit)

Administration fee
Company application £350 (inc VAT)

Deposit
The deposit required will be 5 week's rent. (4 week's rent + 1 week's rent transferred from Holding Fee)
