Efficient and got good price for my bungalow

Rented a property in Cambridge for 2.5 years which was managed by RAH - everything went perfectly smooth from start to finish. Our Property Manager Elena was always kind, professional and incredibly helpful.

Whilst we are in the early stages of our negotiations to sell, we have been very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge shown by RAH and would recommend their services.

We appointed RAH to act as our Selling Agents on a property on behalf of our in laws. The property was in a good location but in need of some TLC. The Valuation RAH gave was realistic and the marketing of the property fast and professional. We received 2 offers from different buyers in the first two weeks… and we accepted the 2nd of these. The service we received from RAH was first class through out, Professional, Efficient and friendly. All the team at RAh appear to have a genuine interest and concern in supporting us through the Sale process, which due to the condition of the property and cultural differences with our buyers had some challenges. However, the valuable, sound and calm advice from the team at RAH helped tremendously and got us to where we wanted to be. We would highly recommend them
